3. What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
To distribute Thirsty I think the best suited institution is 'Archant' they currently distribute a similar magazine to mine called 'Clash' and also specialise in younger audiences which is what my target audience is. They sell over 80 different magazines throughout the world and is a worldwide institution allowing them to distribute my magazine on a large scale. Another insititution I think would be good for distributing my magazine is IPC they are the worlds largest distributor of magazines distributings music magazines such as NME. The institution is well known and will help me create awareness of my magazine. I also think I should offer subscription to my magazine as this dedcates the reader and allows the security of buying it every week
